50% subsidy 2024 for dairy, sheep, chicken, goat, pig farming – Sheep goat dairy poultry farming subsidy scheme.
Under this program, subsidy 2024 is being implemented to provide financial assistance to start rural poultry entrepreneurship, sheep, goat, pig farming and silage production units.
A large number of farmers can get financial benefits under this schemes.
National livestock mission New to get loan facility at low interest rate Kisan Credit Card Distribution Campaign (For Cattle/Buffalo, Sheep/Goat, Pig and Poultry Farming Management)
Under the Central Government’s Kisan Credit Card Scheme (K,C,C) a special campaign has been launched to issue new Kisan Credit Cards to provide loan facility at low interest rate through Nationalized Banks / Co-operative Institutions to cover maintenance expenses for the following animal husbandry activities.

Dairy farming :
- Management of Crossbred Cattle (1+1) Maximum loan facility of Rs.14,000/- per cow and Rs.28,000/- for two cows.
- In Improved buffalo management (1+1) Loan facility of Rs.32,000/- for a total of two buffaloes with a maximum of Rs.16,000/- per buffalo.
Sheep farming :
- Sheep Management (10+01) Loan facility of Rs.24,000/- for grazing sheep and Rs.12,000/- for open grazing sheep.
- Sheep Management (20+01) Loan facility of Rs.48,000/- for grazing sheep and Rs.24,000/- for open grazing sheep.
Handling of rams (10)
- Rs. 13,000 as loan facility.
- Management of Rams (20) Rs. 26,000 as loan facility.
Management of Goats (10+01)
- Loan facility of Rs.24,000/- for grazing goats and Rs.13,000/- for grazing goats.
- Management of Goats (20+01) Loan facility of Rs.48,000/- for grazing goats and Rs.26,000/- for open grazing goats.
Pig Farming :
(10) Loan facility of Rs.60,000
Broiler farming
- Loan facility up to a maximum of Rs.1,60,000/- for 2000 chickens
- Egg Poultry Farming Loan facility up to a maximum of Rs.1,80,000/- for 1000 chickens.
