Coast: (Whether forecast)Kasaragod, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada districts are expected to be sunny, cloudy in the afternoon and scattered at night in the evening. There is also a chance of light thundershowers. As of now, this monsoon is likely to continue till November 18 or 19.
Malenadu: Kodagu is forecast to have scattered rain with thunder in the evening and night. Areas adjoining coastal districts may be slightly higher. Rainfall is forecast at a few places along the Hassan Coastal district.
Scattered evening and night thundershowers are forecast in areas adjoining the coastal districts of Chikkamagaluru and Shimoga districts. Scattered showers are forecast in the remaining hilly parts. As of now, there are indications that this monsoon will continue till November 18.
Inland: There is a forecast of cloudy weather in the north inland, in the evening and night there is a forecast of scattered showers in Dharwad, Haveri, Gadag, Davangere and Bellary districts.
This monsoon is expected to continue till November 16 in northern hinterland and till November 17 in southern hinterland.
