The BBMP said that those who do not want to sell or transfer properties immediately or who do not have an urgent need, need not rush to get the final account at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Bangalore.
Go ahead and download the draft e-Khata and then submit additional information online to get the final e-Khata when you have time, said BBMP revenue department officials.
Also, those who urgently need to sell/trade any property in Bangalore can also call the helpline of the Corporation for quick final settlement.
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Corporation requests all property owners to get their e-Khata online at https://BBMPeAasthi.karnataka.gov.in. Through this, people have been provided an opportunity to get e-Khata easily.
Note these points: When you get an e-Katha, there are a few things to note. They should be followed. Those factors are as follows.
Documents E-katha
- Registered Deed Number (obtained electronically from the Sub Registrar. but allowed to bypass ancestral/inherited property).
- BBMP’s Property Tax SAS Number (taken electronically from Tax Database)
- Aadhaar (eKYC to be done online)
- BESCOM 10-digit number (optional/can be done for vacant sites, otherwise no)
Although the corporation encourages you to provide documents to prove your A-account, every other document is optional.
Even if those documents are not available, public will get A-Khata or B-Khata according to existing corporation records, BBMP said.
Bangalore One center is additionally selected for the convenience of the public. Owners will also have the opportunity to create an e-account here.
BBMP revenue department officials have informed that anyone without Aadhaar card can apply in the office of Assistant Revenue Officers with Chalana (Driving License) license or Passport or Voter Id (Voter Identity Card).
