If it has been 10 years since you got your Aadhaar number update and you have not updated any information till now, you can avail this opportunity for free.
According to UIDAI, it will be limited to demographic data only.
50 Rs will be charged at Aadhaar Customer Service Center for this update. But there is an opportunity to do it online for free, those who got Aadhaar ten years ago can update their recent identity, residential address etc. free of cost till December 14.
And also, demographic data such as name, address, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, e-mail ID details can be updated.
Steps to follow to do Aadhaar Updated for free
Step-01
Visit official website and click on below Link
https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/
Step-02
Login to the home page
Then enter your “Aadhaar number”, type Captcha, click on send OTP Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click on Login
Next click on “document update”
Click on “Next”
Then select your POI i.e. PAN card or any other identity card as your identity card and POA i.e. your address proof Upload your passport or any address proof photo,
click on Next
Noted: The photo you upload should be above 2 MB.
Click on “okay “
Click on “Submit”
Then your aadhaar update will show success. Then click on Download Acknowledgment.
