Karnataka government have launched the new app “Shikshana Copilot” to help to and increase the academic performance of the school students.
School Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa said that “Shikshana Copilot” app has been created with the aim of increasing the test results of students in school education and this app will be helpful in creating comprehensive teaching resources and learning experiences according to the curriculum, language and context required by the teachers.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered digital research project “Education Copilot” has been implemented to bring more innovations in the field of education. This program is brought in collaboration between “Education Foundation” and “Microsoft Research India” with the objective of empowering teachers.
Main objective of Shikshana Copilot?
This is a thought program where teachers identify the strengths and weaknesses of children and bring more innovations in the field of education.
How it works?
This program will train 1000 teachers selected from more than 750 government schools in all educational districts of urban and rural parts of Karnataka.
Education Copilot empowers teachers to create high quality content. “Education Copilot” helps teachers create activities, assessments, real-world examples, applications, short videos and teaching resources based on teacher feedback.
