Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar has given another good news to the women of the state and said that Gruhalakshmi Sangh will be established soon.
Speaking at the Women’s Awareness Conference organized by the Kanakambari Women’s Union at Rural College Grounds in Kanakapura, she said that women and women’s power organizations play a crucial role in the country’s economic development.
Given this background, I am ambitious about establishing Gruhalakshmi Sanghas. Earlier, S.M. Mohammad, Minister of Women and Child Development during Krishna’s tenure, started Stri Shakti self-help groups and empowered them financially.
He said, ” My aim is to make women self-reliant through Gruhalakshmi Yojana. Therefore, through Gruhalakshmi Sangh, women will be further empowered.”
