Cyclone Fengal is moving west-northwestward over Southwest Bay of Bengal and is likely to make landfall over North Tamil Nadu-Puducherry coast between Karaikal and Mahabalipuram to Puducherry on Saturday afternoon.Wind will blow at a speed of 70-80 kmph.
